Who we are

What we collect

When you buy from us, we receive your name, email address, country and order details from Paddle. We use these to send your key, help you and keep required business records. We need them to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations.

If you register your interest in a product, we keep your email address and any comment you add, so we can tell you when it’s ready.

If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply. If you send a log file, we use it only to solve your problem.

We count downloads by country and repeat visits, without storing your IP address. Country data by DB-IP.

Our software

MIMa doesn’t phone home. It sends nothing to us unless you choose to email us.

Who sees it

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes your order and payment as an independent controller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s privacy policy. We share information with our email and hosting providers, professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. We don’t sell it. These providers may store it outside New Zealand.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as your licence lasts and tax law requires. We delete support emails and interest signups when they’re no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can complain to the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner. If you live in the UK or EEA, you can also ask us to restrict or transfer your information, object to how we use it, withdraw consent, or complain to your local authority. We’ll respond within one month.

Security and cookies

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Paddle’s checkout may use cookies to complete your purchase.
